I’m a retired teacher and technical writer who loves needlepoint. I do mostly charted needlepoint and love choosing the colors for a new project. All the designs displayed on this blog are my own designs, unless I specifically name a designer. This blog is my way of sharing my love of needlepoint and things I’ve learned from 30 years of needlepointing. It’s also a way to show how my designs are developed, using research along with trial and error.

Your work is gorgeous!
I love your site. Keep it up !
I’ve just discovered your sight and love seeing your work. This is a site that I’ll definitely visit again.
Thanks for sharing your love of needlepoint,
Betty
I am so happy to have found your site. I have been teaching myself to embroider and am making my Moroccan husband a quilt of his sister and mother’s old dresses as a reminder of home, with hopes of embroidering on it as well. I will be coming back often!
This is gorgeous. I admire your work very much, and I love your color choices.
What a wonderful project. Your work is exquisite.
Thanks for popping by my blog…..I’ve been mooching around yours for a while
…and have you on my blog list so I don’t miss anything.
As you’ve seen, I’m in a Moroccan mood after my holiday there….and I love the way you are doing your Moroccan thing too.
I’m currently waiting for the arrival of a book on Moroccan carpets and their symbols. Expensive…but I’m sure it’ll be worth it!
Glad we’ve made contact now!
